General Terms and Conditions

When you book a massage and/or treatment at Chang Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Chang Spa Thai Massage is not liable for theft and/or damage to your personal belongings.
2. In order to offer our guests an undisturbed massage/treatment, we ask you to pay in advance.
3. Chang Spa Thai Massage offers NO erotic services.
4. Chang Spa Thai Massage reserves the right at all times to stop the massage if you make our masseuses feel uncomfortable or make sexually suggestive remarks or actions. We will also notify the police.
5. Camera footage is recorded in the waiting room and at the checkout for your safety. We will never make this footage public, and it is automatically deleted after 30 days. We will only use this footage to provide to the police in the event of an incident.
6. Gift cards cannot be returned and are valid for 365 days after purchase.
